Christmas Concert
We are excited to invite you to our school’s Christmas performance, "Christmas at Bethlehem Gulch." Here are the details:
Date: Monday, December 16th
Location: Cypress Centre
Afternoon Performance:
- Time: 1:00 PM (Doors open at 12:15 PM)
- This performance will feature a special "Grandparents Viewing" (or for parents unable to attend the evening performance)
Please note that our Kindergarten and ELP students will not be performing in the afternoon but will join the evening performance
Evening Performance:
- Time: 6:45 PM (Doors open at 5:45 PM)
Ticket Information:
- Tickets are $7 each and are for rush seating (first-come, first-served); 1200 seats available and space for 400 people to stand
- If anyone in your group requires accessible seating, please select the accessibility ticket option when purchasing
- Each family is limited to 4 tickets per performance (you may purchase up to 4 tickets for the afternoon and up to 4 tickets for the evening)
- Ticket sales close on December 2nd, and tickets will be sent home with your child by December 9th
- If there are additional tickets available after December 2nd, they will be available to purchase on Tuesday, December 10 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on a first come first serve basis at the school (cash only)
- Students of St. Patrick’s School DO NOT require a ticket as all students will be part of the entire performance and will not be sitting in the audience
- Children under 2 years old, who will sit on a parent’s lap, do not need to pay for a ticket but must select the "Under 2" ticket option, which counts toward the 4-ticket maximum per performance due to capacity and fire code regulations
- We kindly ask all families to respect the 4-ticket limit per performance to ensure every family has an equal opportunity to attend
- If the cost of tickets presents any difficulty, please reach out to the school front office, and they will be happy to assist

How to Purchase Tickets:
To purchase tickets, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Munch a Lunch account.

- For current users, use the following link: https://munchalunch.
- Click on "Order Lunch".
- Go to "Show me Open Fundraisers".
- Select "Christmas Concert Tickets" to purchase your tickets.
Important Notes:
- All students are asked to wear blue jeans and a white shirt to match the western theme of the performance
- Details including student arrival time for the concert will be shared at a late date
