Volunteers are always needed throughout the school year for many school activities, such as: skating, swimming, off-site events, library, in classrooms, and much more.  The volunteer checks below are mandatory for all parent volunteers to help ensure the safety of students and staff.  Please support us by getting these forms completed early in the school year.

• school volunteer forms must be complete and also provide a discount for the Police Check below.

THREE volunteer checks are required:

• The MH Police encourage parents to apply online (convenient and same cost)

• Police Check: confirms (1) criminal record and (2) vulnerable sector check.  These can be completed online or at the police station: approximately five days to receive.    

(3) Child Intervention Check: email cs-ircrequest@gov.ab.ca: approximately three to five weeks to receive.
